From the very chic dining cars of the Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits at the end of the 19th century, to the orange and green design of the Corail bar in the 1980s, this book recounts the exciting evolution of on-board gastronomy.
The book is being released on the occasion of the Rencontres d’Arles 2024. An exhibition is dedicated to it at the Cruise, from July 1 to September 29, 2024.
